LINCOLN – Fans will get their first chance to meet the 2017 Lincoln Saltdogs on Monday, May 15th at an Open House at Blue Blood Brewing Company in Lincoln.
The event, which runs from 4:30 PM-7:30 PM, will allow fans to purchase ticket packages and meet players. The Open House is open to both season ticket holders and the public. Season ticket holders will get access to free beer sampling, appetizers and tours of Robber’s Cave. Everyone is welcome to interact with the Saltdogs players and staff.
Blue Blood will also be launching their summer seasonal brew, the Saltdogs themed 6-4-3 Double Play Pilsner. 6-4-3 Double Play Pilsner will be available for purchase at Haymarket Park all season long.
Blue Blood Brewing Company opened its 925 Robbers Cave Road (roughly 9th and High streets) location in May 2016. The brewery hosts a full menu brewpub and sits atop the legendary Robber’s Cave.
The Open House kicks off Opening Week for the Saltdogs, whose first game is Friday, May 19th at the Kansas City T-Bones.
The home opener for the Lincoln Saltdogs is Thursday, May 25th at Haymarket Park against the Cleburne Railroaders.
