Saltdog Group Ticket Ordering, Policies and FAQ
Group tickets can be purchased at the Lincoln Saltdogs Box Office located at 403 Line Drive Circle, Suite A, Lincoln, NE 68505, by calling 402-474-BALL (2255) and asking to speak with a member of our group sales department or by emailing our sales executives at: [email protected].
A minimum of twenty (20) tickets must be purchased to receive discounted group ticket rates. All group tickets must be purchased in advance as our group rates are not available on game days.
If your game is canceled or rescheduled before the game starts or if bad weather hits during your game and a final outcome of the game has not been decided, we will work with you to exchange your tickets for a future game. No cash refunds will be provided.
Once we have your final ticket number and payment for the final number of tickets, your tickets will be available to be picked up at the Haymarket Park box office prior to your scheduled game date, picked up at the Haymarket Park box office will call window on the day of the game or delivered to you by your Saltdogs group sales executive.
Final ticket numbers are due 48 hours prior to your scheduled game date and at this time your dedicated group sales executive will contact you to obtain your payment.
Yes, when you schedule your group outing with your dedicated group sales executive you will be asked how many tickets you would like to reserve and you may make changes to your reserved ticket number up to 48 hours before your selected Saltdogs game date.
Haymarket Park Picnic Pavilion!
The Lincoln Saltdogs have installed a covered tent in the right field picnic area for our Picnic in the Park groups. This feature will make sure your group stays dry and cool during some of those unpredictable summer days. Plus, the new Haymarket Park Picnic Pavilion also offers a new bar area, where you can purchase a variety of adult beverages during your picnic and the game!
