Clear Bag Policy:
Haymarket Park implements a clear bag policy for all sporting and outside events, including Saltdogs games. Fans are encouraged to bring only necessary items into Haymarket Park in a clear plastic bag.

Children 2 & Under:
Are free and do not require a ticket of any sort.

Reproduction:
Fans may not reproduce or rebroadcast any film or videotape shot at Haymarket Park for any commercial use without the permission of the Lincoln Saltdogs.

RainOut Policy:
If the game was not officially completed, fans can bring their ticket stubs back to the Box Office to redeem their stub for any game of their choosing for comparable seating (based on availability).

Outside Food/Drink:
Is Not allowed. Clear, empty containers may be brought in to fill up with water at the water stations located on either side of the concourse.

No refunds.
Ticket Exchanges may be made on a case by case basis (contact Daniel at 402-441-4195).

Lost or Stolen Tickets:
Please call the Saltdogs Box Office to have your tickets reissued. Reissued tickets may only be picked up at the Saltdogs Box Office with a valid ID.

Scalping of Tickets:
Tickets must not be resold or offered for resale in a manner or at a price in violation of any Federal, State, or Local Law or Regulation.

Will Call Tickets:
Tickets may be placed under another party’s name if authorized by the purchaser at the time of purchase or by making arrangements with Saltdogs Box Office personnel.

The Saltdogs Box Office is located on the West side of the stadium near the main gates.

Gates open at the top of the hour, approximately 45-60 minutes prior to the first pitch of any Saltdogs home game (e.g. Gates open at 6:00pm for a 6:45pm first pitch; subject to change).

Handicapped Seating:
Handicapped and companion seating is located on the main concourse level. Please inform Box Office personnel when purchasing your tickets to help ensure your accommodations are met.

Re-entry into the Ballpark:
Re-entry is allowed during all Saltdogs home games. Please take your ticket stub to the 1st base gate, located on the West side of the stadium, to receive a stamp. You may enter back into the stadium at this same gate.

Restrooms:
Restrooms are located along the 1st base and 3rd base lines on the concourse, as well as in Left Field and Center Field. Restrooms are handicapped accessible. Family restrooms can be located along the 1st base and 3rd base lines as well.

Saltdogs Souvenirs:
The Souvenir store is located inside the stadium along the 1st base line. The store is also open 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, on non-game days by entering through the Saltdogs Front Office located on the West side of the stadium.

Watch out for Foul Balls:
Please be alert for foul balls and other “debris” that may come into the stands from the playing field. All fans are subject to the possibility of being hit by a flying object from the field. Field netting extends from the end of the home dugout, around home plate, to the end of the opposing dugout.

Decorum:
While at Haymarket Park, we want everyone to have a great time every time they come to the ballpark. Fans using loud, obscene, or abusive language or engaging in any other conduct detrimental to the social environment of enjoying a public event will be asked to cease their conduct and may be subject to ejection from the stadium. No alcohol or illegal drugs may be brought into Haymarket Park. Fans breaking local laws are subject to ejection from the ballpark and criminal prosecution. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from throwing objects onto the playing field. Fans doing so are subject to ejection from the ballpark.

Tickets can be purchased online for each game up until approximately 2 hours before that particular game (subject to change).
