Connor Panas is in his eighth season of professional baseball and fourth in independent professional baseball. The Toronto native spent five years at the affiliated level after he was drafted by the Blue Jays in the 9^th round of the 2015 MLB Draft out of Canisius College. Panas spent 2019 and 2021 with Quebec of the Can-Am League and Frontier League, and then spent 2022 with Trois-Rivieres of the Frontier League. This season marks Panas’s first in the American Association, where an outstanding first half of the season landed him a nod in the All-Star game and a runner-up finish in the 2023 American Association Home Run Derby.
