Jon Gaston homered but again the Saltdogs could not protect an early lead as the Amarillo Thunderheads came back to win 7-6, completing the weekend sweep at Potter County Memorial Stadium Sunday afternoon.

After a thoroughly dominant outing from Kevin McGovern, the Saltdogs surrendered a five-run lead as the Amarillo Thunderheads scored six times in the final two innings to beat Lincoln 7-6 in walk-off fashion at Thunderheads Stadium Friday night.
GARY EVENS IN 8TH, WINS GAME IN 9TH
After tying the game in the eighth, going ahead with an unearned run in the ninth, the Gary SouthShore RailCats finished the series-splitting victory on a play at the plate as they edged the Saltdogs 3-2 in front of 2,069 fans at Haymarket Park Thursday night.
