LINCOLN – The Lincoln Saltdogs game against the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks that was scheduled for Sunday at 2:05 PM is postponed due to rain. The game will be played as a doubleheader on Monday, August 28th in Fargo, ND.
Rain during the overnight hours and a forecast that showed continued rain throughout the afternoon forced the decision. The Saltdogs are scheduled to play in Grand Prairie, TX while the RedHawks are going to Gary, IN.
The Saltdogs will play three games against the Texas AirHogs starting tomorrow before heading further south to face the Cleburne Railroaders for four games. The Saltdogs next home game is Tuesday, July 11th against the Salina Stockade.
The Saltdogs start the start their seven-game road trip on Monday against the AirHogs. First pitch is at 5:05 PM with coverage beginning at 4:35 PM on ESPN 1480 and saltdogs.com.
