FRANKLIN, Wisconsin – The Lincoln Saltdogs and Milwaukee Milkmen were suspended due to rain with Milwaukee leading 3-1 in the 3rd inning at Franklin Field on Tuesday night.

The game will be resumed starting at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon. After the nine innings are complete, the two teams will play a seven-inning series finale starting at 6:30 p.m.

Lincoln took a 1-0 lead on Welington Dotel’s two-out single in the 1st inning. Milwaukee tied the game on a Jeremiah Burks RBI single in the 2nd before Logan Trowbridge and Bryan Torres made it 3-1 with a pair of two-out singles.

Kyle Kinman allowed three runs in two innings – cut short in his 10th start of the season.

The ‘Dogs took the opener 4-1 on Monday and have split the first four games of the six-game trip that concludes Wednesday night.
