Logan Lombana is beginning his third season of independent professional baseball after spending parts of four seasons in the Minnesota Twins organization. Lombana has spent each of the last two seasons with Lake Erie of the Frontier League where he recorded 21 saves over 41 appearances as the club’s closer.

Lombana was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in the 25th round of the 2015 MLB Draft out of Long Beach State University, which has produced 56 Major Leaguers and 222 drafted players, including Troy Tulowitzki and Evan Longoria.
