Viney rejoins the Saltdogs after debuting in Lincoln at the end of 2024.  Viney played collegiately at University of Central Oklahoma.  After a three-year hiatus from the game, Viney played professionally for the Billings Mustangs in 2021 and the Rocky Mountain Vibes in 2022, in the Pioneer League.  Viney did not play in 2023, but returned to the professional ranks, with Lincoln, in 2024.

2024: Pitched in four games for the Saltdogs, going 0-0 with a 1.50 ERA. In 6.0 innings he struck out six batters.

2023: Did Not Play

2022: Viney pitched in eight games for the Rocky Mountain Vibes, in the Pioneer League. He went 1-3 with a 10.42 ERA. Viney had three starts and pitched 19.0 innings while striking out 22 batters.

2021: Pitched in 15 games for the Billings Mustangs, in the Pioneer League, with 14 starts. He was 2-7 with an 8.31 ERA. In 56.1 innings pitched, he struck out 55 batters.

2019-20: Did Not Play

2018: In his final season at Central Oklahoma, Viney went 4-4 with a 3.26 ERA. In 17 appearances he had five starts. In 49.2 innings pitched, Viney struck out 51 batters.

2017: Viney pitched in 14 games for UCO, with a 0-0 record and a 4.76 ERA, with one save. In 17.0 innings pitched, he struck out ten batters. At the plate, Viney was 0-for-1. In the summer, Viney pitched in 13 games for the Duluth Huskies in the Northwoods League, with ten starts. He went 3-3 with a 5.98 ERA. In 49.2 innings pitched, he struck out 39 batters.
