Danny Bautista, Jr., joins Lincoln for 2025.  The 6’2”, 205-pound right-handed bat joins Lincoln after stints throughout minor league baseball, most recently with the Lansing Lugnuts, in the Athletics organization.  Bautista, who can also play first base, hit .265 with four home runs and 47 rbi’s for Lansing in 2024.  Bautista Jr., is the son of former big-leaguer, Danny Bautista, Sr.

2024: Played 95 games for the Lansing Lugnuts (High-A Oakland) in the Midwest League, batting .266 with four home runs and 47 rbi’s.

2023: Bautista played 118 games for the Lansing Lugnuts, batting .271 with three home runs and 46 runs batted in.

2022: Played in 99 games for the Stockton Ports (A Oakland) in the California League, batting .264 with five home runs and 37 runs batted in.

2021: Bautista played three games for the Athletics in the Arizona Complex League, batting .200 with one hit and two runs scored. He also played 72 games for the Stockton Ports in the Low-A West League, batting .208 with two home runs and 23 runs batted-in.

2020: No Season

2019: Played 15 games for the Vermont Lake Monsters (Low-A Oakland) in the New York-Pennsylvania League, batting .276 with 16 hits and three rbi’s.

2018: Bautista played 12 games for the Athletics in the Dominican Summer League, batting .261 with one home run and seven runs batted-in. He then played 43 games for the Athletics in the Arizona League, batting .200 with three triples and eleven rbi’s.
