Adam Scoggins joins the Saltdogs after finishing the last two seasons with the Ogden Raptors. Scoggins played three seasons at Oral Roberts University, finishing with a 4.18 career ERA and 53 strikeouts. After college, Scoggins played for two seasons in the Los Angeles Dodgers organization.
