FARGO, N.D. — The Saltdogs (10-9) split two decisions with the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks (10-10) Wednesday night. Lincoln fell 5-4 in 10 innings in the resumed game that was suspended Tuesday night, and won the seven-inning night cap 2-1 at Newman Outdoor Field.
 
The 'Dogs tallied a couple unearned runs in the fourth inning, and R.J. Rodriguez tossed a perfect seventh to earn his eighth save as Lincoln held on to win the night game.
 
Moises Melendez (1-0) pitched five innings, allowing one run on four hits to earn the victory. Taylor Stanton (2-2) allowed two unearned runs in six innings to take the tough-luck loss.
 
The RedHawks got a walk-off sacrifice fly from newcomer Tyler Graham to beat the Saltdogs 5-4 in 10 innings as Tuesday's suspended game was completed earlier in the evening.
 
The second game of the four-game series was picked up in the top of the fourth with the Saltdogs trailing 4-3. Daniel Carroll tied the game at 4-4 with a two-out RBI single in the sixth.
 
Eddie McKiernan and Stayton Thomas combined for six shutout innings of relief, allowing just one hit. 
 
Travis Parker (0-1) allowed the sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 10th to take the loss. Joe Harris (1-2) pitched a scoreless top of the 10th to pick up the win.
 
All four of the Saltdogs runs in the continued game were driven in with two outs. Ian Gac finished 1-for-5 with a two-run home run.
