Quebec Capitales (62-32) scored 11 of their runs with two outs in a 14-6 drubbing of the Saltdogs (39-56) at Stade Municipal Wednesday night.

With two outs and the bases empty in the bottom of the fourth, the reigning Can-Am league champs rallied for six runs, highlighted by a Steve Brown grand slam to take a 6-3 lead.

The ‘Dogs tied the game in the top of the fifth but the Caps would go on to score eight runs over the next three innings to put the game away.

Guillaume Duguay (3-4) pitched 2 1/3 scoreless innings of relief, allowing one hit while walking three to pick up the win. Wade Mackey (6-3) surrendered eight runs on eight hits in four-plus innings to absorb the loss.

Stephen Holdren went 2-for-5 with two doubles and three RBI in a losing effort for Lincoln.
