McCleve joins the Saltdogs for the 2026 season.  The right-handed reliever is a back-end bullpen addition for Lincoln, who joins the Saltdogs after a short stint in affiliated ball with the Charleston RiverDogs (Low-A) of the Tampa Bay Rays, in 2025.

2025:   McCleve appeared in two games for the Charleston RiverDogs (Low-A) (TBR), in the Carolina League, going 0-0 with an 0.00 ERA over 3.0 innings with four strikeouts.

2023:   He concluded his senior year of college for the Utah Utes, of the Pac-Twelve Conference, going 1-1 with a 4.46 ERA.  In 28 appearances he recorded three saves over 38.1 innings, with 48 strikeouts.

2022:   McCleve went 2-2 for the Utes, in his junior season, with a 4.75 ERA.  In 36.0 innings pitched, he recorded four saves and struck out 36 batters.

2021:   During his sophomore season for Utah, McCleve was 0-0 with a 3.45 ERA.  In 15 appearances, he logged one start, and pitched 15.2 innings, while striking out 18 batters.  During the summer, McCleve played for the San Luis Obispo Blues, in the California Collegiate League, going 2-2 with a 3.60 ERA.  In 16 games, McCleve earned one save over 25.0 innings pitched.

2020:   In the abbreviated COVID season, McCleve went 1-0 for the Utes, with a 7.71 ERA.  In six appearances, he pitched 4.2 innings.

2019:   McCleve began his college career as a freshman at Utah, going 1-5, with a 5.72 ERA.  With 30 appearances, he recorded five saves in 45.2 innings pitched.
