Minzey begins his third season of professional baseball, and first with the Lincoln Saltdogs, in 2026.  Minzey joins Lincoln after spending 2025 with the Grand Junction Jackalopes, in the Pioneer League.

2025:   Played in 84 games for the Grand Junction Jackalopes, in the Pioneer League, batting .327 with 24 homeruns and 106 runs batted in.

2024:   Minzey played for the Rocky Mountain Vibes, in the Pioneer League.  He appeared in 30 games, batting .239 with three homeruns and ten runs batted in.  He also played 27 games for the Yolo High Wheelers, in the Pioneer League.  He batted .279 with 24 hits and nine rbi’s.

2023:   He concluded his senior season for the Ohio Bobcats, in the Mid-American Conference.  Minzey batted .295 with ten homeruns and 40 runs batted in, during 48 games.  He spent a portion of the summer playing for the Williamsport Crosscutters, in the MLB Draft League.  In 32 games, he batted .268 with 22 hits and six rbi’s.  The remainder of the summer, Minzey played for the Macon Bacon, in the Coastal Plain League.  In 20 games, he batted .338 with two homeruns and 18 runs batted in.

2022:   In his junior season for Ohio, Minzey played in 51 games, batting .302 with nine homeruns and 54 runs batted in.  During the summer, he played 31 games for the Bacon, batting .326 with three homeruns and 14 runs batted in.

2021:   Minzey played in his sophomore season for the Bobcats.  In 37 games, he batted .267 with four homeruns and 26 runs batted in.  During the summer, Minzey played for the Holly Springs Salamanders, in the Coastal Plain League.  He played in 16 games and batted .268 with one homer and six runs batted in.

2019:   He began his collegiate career playing for the Texas Tech Red Raiders, in the Big 12 Conference.  In 11 games, Minzey batted .091.  During the summer, he played for the Rockford Rivets, in the Northwoods League.  In 28 games, Minzey hit .195 with 16 hits and eight rbi’s.
