2006: Jarrett began the 2006 season in the Saltdogs’ bullpen and was 2-2 with a 2.38 ERA in 16 games with one start. He walked just seven while striking out 25 in 34 innings of work. Jarrett signed with San Diego in late June and was assigned to Fort Wayne (A), where he put together a 5-4 mark with a 4.50 ERA in 13 starts. He was originally drafted by Boston.
