Pomares is a corner infielder that his spent his entire six-year professional career in the San Francisco Giants organization.  He joins Lincoln in 2026 after playing for the Richmond Flying Squirrels in 2025.

2025:   Pomares played in 76 games for the Richmond Flying Squirrels, in the Eastern League (Double-A- SFG).  He batted .209, with nine homeruns and 34 runs batted in.

2024:   Played in 82 games for the Flying Squirrels, batting .238, with 12 homeruns and 47 runs batted in.

2023:  Pomares played for the Giants Orange, in the Arizona Complex League (Rookie-SFG).  In nine games, he batted .308, with eight hits and three rbi’s.

2022:   Played in 95 games for the Eugene Emeralds, in the Northwest League (High-A- SFG).  He batted .254, with 14 homeruns and 59 runs batted in.  He also played in four games for the Giants Orange, batting .533, with three homeruns and seven runs batted in.

2021:   Pomares played in 26 games for Eugene, in the High-A West League.  He batted .262, with six homeruns and 15 runs batted in.  He also played for the San Jose Giants, in the Low-A West League (Single A- SFG).  He batted .372, with 14 homeruns and 44 rbi’s, in 51 games.

2019:   He played for the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes, in the Northwest League.  (Low-A- SFG).  In 14 games, he batted .207, with 12 hits and four rbi’s.  Pomares also played for the Giants Black, in the Arizona League (Rookie- SFG).  In 37 games, he batted .368, with three homeruns and 33 runs batted in.
