Erbe begins his fifth season of professional baseball and first with the Lincoln Saltdogs in 2026.  He has spent time in the Tampa Bay Rays and Detroit Tigers organizations and comes to Lincoln after spending 2025 with the West Michigan Whitecaps and the Lakeland Flying Tigers.

2025:   Erbe pitched in 36 games for the West Michigan Whitecaps, in the Midwest League (High-A – DET).  He went 3-1 with a 3.12 ERA, pitching 40.1 innings.  He also pitched in one game for the Lakeland Flying Tigers, in the Florida State League (Single A- DET).  He was 0-0, with a 9.00 ERA.  In 1.0 inning he struck out two batters.

2024:   He pitched for the Montgomery Biscuits, in the Southern League (Double-A – TBR).  In 27 appearances, Erbe had two starts and went 2-5 with a 6.75 ERA, plus one save.  In 34.2 innings pitched, he struck out 38 batters.

2023:   Erbe appeared in 25 games for the Bowling Green Hot Rods, in the South Atlantic League (High-A- TBR).  He went 2-2 with a 5.01 ERA, with one start and two saves.  In 41.1 innings pitched, he struck out 63 batters.  Erbe also appeared in four games for the Peoria Javelinas, in the Arizona Fall League.  He went 0-1, with an 11.25 ERA.  In 4.0 innings, he struck out four batters.

2022:   Erbe concluded his college career with the Tampa Spartans, in the Sunshine State Conference.  He was 12-2 with a 2.77 ERA.  In 18 appearances, he recorded 17 starts in 94.1 innings, while striking out 117 batters.  Erbe claimed First Team All-Sunshine State Conference Honors, and NCAA Division II All-American Second Team Honors.  He appeared in three games for Bowling Green, going 0-0, with a 0.00 ERA.  In 4.0 innings he struck out five batters.  Erbe also pitched in one game for the Rays, in the Florida Complex League.  He pitched 1.0 inning.  In addition, he pitched in six games for the Ogden Raptors, in the Pioneer League.  He went 1-0, with a 4.91 ERA, pitching 7.1 innings.

2021:   He pitched for the New Orleans Privateers, in the Southland Conference, going 1-5, with a 6.80 ERA.  In 14 games, with eight starts, Erbe pitched in 46.1 innings and struck out 52 batters.  During the summer, Erbe played for the Baton Rouge Rougarou, in the Texas Collegiate League.  In one start he went 0-0, with a 0.00 ERA.  In 4.0 innings, he struck out six batters.

2020:   During the abbreviated COVID season, Erbe played for the West Virginia Mountaineers, in the Big Twelve Conference.  In two appearances, he was 0-0, with a 0.00 ERA.  In 2.0 innings, he struck out four batters.

2018:   During the summer, Erbe played for the Acadiana Cane Cutters, in the Texas Collegiate League.  In eight appearances, he recorded two starts and one save.  Erbe was 1-0, with a 5.16 ERA.  In 22.2 innings pitched, he struck out 43 batters.

2017:  Erbe started he collegiate career with the Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns, in the Sun Belt Conference.  He appeared in three games, with one start, and went 0-1, with a 3.38 ERA.  In 5.1 innings, he struck out seven batters.
