Edwards joined the Saltdogs on May 25, 2026.  He will spend his second season of professional baseball in Lincoln after playing in the Pioneer League in 2025.

2025:  Edwards concluded his collegiate career at Young Harris College, where he went 4-4 with a 3.24 ERA for the Mountain Lions.  In seventeen games, he recorded thirteen starts and struck out 84 batters over 75.0 innings pitched.  He began his professional career with the Boise Hawks, in the Pioneer League.  In 15 games, Edwards recorded fourteen starts with a 6-3 record and a 5.15 ERA.  Edwards struck out 86 batters in 80.1 innings pitched.

2024:   Edwards played his junior season for the Liberty Flames.  Appearing in five games, Edwards was 0-0, with a 33.75 ERA.  He struck out three in 2.2 innings pitched.  During the summer, he played for the Lexington County Blowfish, in the Coastal Plain League.  Edwards appeared in three games with an 0-1 record and a 22.50 ERA.

2023:  In his sophomore season at Liberty, Edwards was 1-2 with a 3.28 ERA.  Appearing in 15 games, Edwards recorded one save.  In 24.2 innings, pitched, he notched 26 strikeouts.
