Garcia is an experienced ball player who will begin his 19th season of professional baseball in 2026, and first with the Lincoln Saltdogs. Garcia comes to Lincoln after spending time with three separate teams in the Mexican League in 2025. 2026 will be Garcia’s first season back in the United States, after playing 2019 with the Southern Maryland Blue Crabs, in the Atlantic League.
2025: Garcia played 33 games for El Agulia de Veracruz, in the Mexican League, batting .311 with 32 hits and 11 runs batted in. Defensively for Veracruz, he recorded a .992 fielding percentage with 49 put outs. He also played 16 games for Caliente de Durango. He hit .237 with 14 hits and five rbi’s. 2013: Garcia played in 86 games for Myrtle Beach, batting .263 with two homeruns and 34 runs batted in.
