LaRoche begins his professional career with the Lincoln Saltdogs.  A right-handed starting pitcher, LaRoche concluded his collegiate career at Valdosta State in the Spring of 2026.

2026:  LaRoche was 5-5 with a 5.93 ERA.  In 16 appearances, he started twelve and recorded two complete games, while logging 71.1 innings pitched.

2025:  In his junior season for the Blazers, LaRoche was 6-4, with a 4.61 ERA.  Starting 14 games, he threw 66.1 innings.

2024:  LaRoche played his sophomore season for Birmingham-Southern, going 8-4, with a 3.75 ERA.  With fourteen starters he had two complete games, recording 86.1 innings pitched.
