Bagnieski joined the Saltdogs on May 20, 2026.  A left-handed hitting outfielder, Bagnieski comes to Lincoln after playing for the Ogden Raptors in the Pioneer League the past two seasons.

2025:  Bagnieski played in 84 games for the Ogden Raptors, batting .354 with 23 home runs and 110 RBIs.

2024:   Spent his first season with Ogden, posting a .362 batting average with six home runs and 62 runs batted in.

2023:   Bagnieski played for the Tri-City Valley Cats, in the Frontier League.  In 23 games, he batted .209 in 53 plate appearances.

2022:  Split time between two teams, beginning with the Lake Country DockHounds, in the American Association.  In nine games he batted .421 in 27 plate appearances.  Bagnieski also played for the Westside Wooly Mammoths, in the United Shore League.  In 34 games, he batted .180 and stole eleven bases.

2021:   Bagnieski concluded his collegiate career at Radford University, in the Big South Conference.  In 46 games for the Highlanders, he hit .259 with 29 runs batted in.  He began his professional career with the Birmingham-Bloomfield Beavers, in the United Shore League.  In 24 games, he batted .346 and stole ten bases.

2019:   Spent the summer with the St. Clair Green Giants, in the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League.  In eight games, he batted .444 with 12 hits.

2017:   Bagnieski played in 13 games for the Green Bay Bullfrogs in the Northwoods League.  He batted .188 in 52 plate appearances
