2006: Brett is a career .312 hitter in 114 professional games. In 2006, he led the Saltdogs and was fourth in the American Association with 16 HR, including a Grand Slam at Shreveport (5/16). He also hit .340 at Haymarket Park. after spending the first half of the season as the DH, he took over as the everyday 1B in the second half of the season.
