Johnson joins the Saltdogs for his first season of professional baseball, in 2026.  A right-handed starting pitcher, Johnson recently concluded his collegiate career at Concordia University, in Seward, Nebraska

2026: In twelve starts, Johnson was 8-3, with a 3.13 ERA for the Bulldogs.  He recorded two complete games and one shutout in 69.0 innings pitched, while striking out 100 batters.  Johnson was named the Great Plains Athletic Conference Pitcher-of-the-Year.

2023: During Johnson’s junior season, he recorded three starts and went 1-0, with a 2.45 ERA.  In 11.0 innings, he had 14 strikeouts.

2022: Johnson appeared in fourteen games with thirteen starts.  Recorded a mark of 7-1, with a 2.77 ERA, Johnson logged 65.0 innings pitched.

2021: During his freshman season, Johnson was 2-1, with a 5.84 ERA.  In nine starts, he threw 24.2 innings and struck out 36 batters.
