For Season Ticket & Single Game Ticket Holders:
simply visit the Saltdogs ticket office and exchange your “rained-out” ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any future Saltdogs game, based on availability. For example, a rained-out upper reserved ticket will be exchanged for an upper reserved ticket to a future game. Owners of half-season and quarter-season ticket packages may not receive their exact seats in the exchange, but will be placed in the same seating level if available. You may also choose to upgrade to a higher-priced ticket (for example, from upper reserved to lower reserved or club level) by simply paying the difference in price.
For SkyBox Suite Owners:
If the game is rescheduled as part of a doubleheader for the next day, the suite holder with the tickets for the rained-out game will be able to use their suite for the rescheduled game only (usually the first game of a doubleheader). The suite holder for the regularly-scheduled game that night will still use their original tickets for their suite, during the second game. We will treat the suites as two separate games, and the same will hold true for any food orders placed for the suites. If the suite with the rescheduled game wants to cancel their food order from the rained-out game, you may do so by contacting Levy Restaurants at 434-6801. Suite holders for the rescheduled game will be able to stay in the park for the second game of the doubleheader; however, they will have to do so in the best available seats for that particular game. We ask that all suite holders with a rained-out ticket go to our box office before the game to receive a best available ticket to sit in for the second game of the doubleheader. Please contact your suite coordinator to make arrangements.
If the rained-out game is scheduled for a date later in the season, your suite tickets for the rained-out game will be good for that rescheduled game only. Suite holders can also exchange their rained-out tickets for best available seating (not tickets in the suite) to any remaining regular season game. You are not required to use your rained-out ticket for the next game. In the event of a game being cancelled and not made up, the suite tickets for the cancelled game can be exchanged for the best available tickets (not suite tickets) for any remaining game during the regular season.
For Home Run Terrace Groups & Picnic in the Park Groups:
In the event of a game cancellation due to weather prior to the front gates opening, you will not be charged for your order. However, if the game is delayed or cancelled once gates are open, the bill will stand.
