The Lincoln Saltdogs signed rookie infielder Todd Sandell on Tuesday, making him the third player to ink his name on a 2010 contract.  Sandell will look to make his professional debut this season.

The Lincoln Saltdogs signed left-handed pitcher Donald Furrow on Thursday, making him the second player to ink a 2010 contract with the team.

The Lincoln Saltdogs moved to improve their lineup on Monday, signing free agent Chris Brown.  The Florida native becomes the first player to sign a 2010 contract with the team.

With the 2010 season just a few months away, the Lincoln Saltdogs are looking for a few more host families for players.  Becoming a host family is a great way to help a young ballplayer realize his dream of playing professionally, and host families also receive unique access to the Saltdogs during the season.
